Open Positions (Global, No Geographic Restrictions)
We are recruiting for three key roles tailored to different levels of experience:
- Associate Editor — Lead peer review processes, guide journal development, and shape editorial policies for your field. Ideal for established scholars with a strong track record in digital business, innovation, or fintech.
- Editorial Board Member — Provide strategic guidance, contribute to peer review, and help build the journal’s reputation. Open to researchers with significant publication and review experience in relevant fields.
- Ad Hoc Reviewer — Conduct high-quality, timely reviews and support the journal’s peer review workflow. Perfect for early-career researchers or experts looking to contribute to a new open access platform.
Who We Are Looking For
We seek candidates with the following background and values:
- Active research focus in digital business, innovation management, digital transformation, fintech, AI/ML in business, or related fields
- Strong academic publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with peer review, and commitment to the principles of COPE publication ethics
- Global perspective and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic publishing
- Fluent in English (working language of the journal)
- No geographic or institutional affiliation restrictions — we welcome applicants from all countries and regions
