Prime Academic Press is a fully open access publisher. All articles published in our journals are made immediately and permanently available online, free of charge, and without any access restrictions.
Core Principle: Anyone, anywhere in the world, can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of our articles, without any financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself.
What is Open Access?
For Prime Academic Press, open access means:
- All articles are published under a Creative Commons open access license
- No subscription fees or paywalls for any content
- Immediate open access upon publication (no embargo period)
- Unlimited reuse and redistribution rights, subject to proper attribution

Author Rights
When you publish with Prime Academic Press, you retain all rights to your work:

No Embargo Period
There are no embargo periods for any version of the article. Authors may share their work immediately.
Long-Term Preservation
Prime Academic Press is committed to the long-term preservation of all published content. All articles are archived in multiple trusted digital preservation networks:
- PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): A decentralized, community-owned preservation network for open access journals
- CLOCKSS: A global, not-for-profit digital preservation initiative
- All articles are assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for permanent identification and access

A: No. All articles published by Prime Academic Press are permanently free to read, download, and share for everyone worldwide.
