Eligibility Requirements • PhD in a relevant field, or Associate Professor / Associate Researcher or above • Sustained research output with international journal publications • Familiarity with academic peer review processes • Proficient academic English reading and writing skills • Commitment to dedicated time for journal development and academic work	Member Benefits • Official appointment certificate (2–3 year term, renewable) • Priority review track for your submissions and invitations • APC waivers / discounts (varies by journal) • Profile listed on the journal's official website • Invitation to participate in academic events and special issues
