Airspace Science & Engineering (ASE) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing fundamental research and technological innovation in airspace science and engineering. The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, technical notes, and case studies that address all aspects of airspace design, management, operation, and safety, with a particular focus on the integration of emerging technologies such as unmanned aerial systems (UAS), electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, and digital air traffic management systems.
ASE welcomes contributions from researchers, engineers, air traffic controllers, and industry professionals across disciplines including aerospace engineering, civil aviation, computer science, electrical engineering, and atmospheric science. Our mission is to provide a premier platform for disseminating cutting-edge research that enables the safe, efficient, and sustainable use of airspace worldwide and supports the development of the next-generation air transportation system.
