Double-Blind Review Preparation
ASE operates a rigorous double-blind peer review process. To ensure anonymity, authors must prepare their manuscripts as follows:
Remove all author names, affiliations, and contact information from the main manuscript file.
Delete any identifying information from the file properties and metadata.
Reference your own previous work in the third person where necessary.
Upload a separate title page file containing all author information.
Do not include acknowledgments or funding information in the main manuscript file.
Additional Requirements
All authors must have an ORCID iD and link it to their OJS profile.
For research involving human subjects or animals, appropriate ethical approval must be obtained and stated in the manuscript.
For research involving flight tests or UAV operations, all necessary regulatory approvals must be obtained and documented.
All data, code, and materials necessary to reproduce the results must be made available upon publication.
Preprints are allowed and encouraged; please include the preprint DOI in your cover letter.
