About the Journal
Airspace Science & Engineering (ASE) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to advancing fundamental research and technological innovation in airspace science and engineering. The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, technical notes, and case studies that address all aspects of airspace design, management, operation, and safety, with a particular focus on the integration of emerging technologies such as unmanned aerial systems (UAS), electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, and digital air traffic management systems.
ASE welcomes contributions from researchers, engineers, air traffic controllers, and industry professionals across disciplines including aerospace engineering, civil aviation, computer science, electrical engineering, and atmospheric science. Published by Prime Academic Press LLC, ASE provides a global forum for sharing cutting-edge research and practical innovations in the rapidly evolving aerospace domain.
Mission & Vision
Our mission is to provide a premier platform for disseminating high-quality, original research that enables the safe, efficient, and sustainable use of airspace worldwide and supports the development of the next-generation air transportation system. We aim to bridge the gap between academic research and industrial application, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration across engineering, computer science, operations research, and environmental science.
Our vision is to become the leading international journal in airspace science and engineering, recognized for its rigorous peer review, rapid publication, and global impact on the future of aviation and aerospace technology.
Scope
